	Evening Expedition

After I got my canoe rack built,   I realized that the canoe was handy as a roof over the truck,   so it found a perminent home atop my camper-shell.    Although I can climb up on it to get a photo from a higher vantage point, and it is invaluable in affording me fresh air while sitting out a rainstorm,  I do use it for its intended job quite frequently.    Exploring is never so fun as just gliding along silently, carrying 40 lbs of camera equipment, without much effort.

My "bow man" in this photo is my partner in work and love, Kiki. ...who constantly adds the sparkle to my life.
